投标产品制造商应在投标时提供TS证书(特种设备生产许可证)和覆盖投标产品范围【阀门类型（球阀）、温度(-196℃)、口径及磅级】的TSX证书(特种设备型式试验证书)。

（3）业绩要求RequirementforBidder'sreference:2013年1月1日起至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品应在中国境内具有LNG接收站或具有接收站性质的（即满足GB（略）液化天然气接收站工程设计规范）调峰站项目(需提供满足GB（略）液化天然气接收站工程设计规范（略）液化天然气接收站:对船运液化天然气进行接收、储存、气化和外输等作业的场站要素的证明材料,证明材料通过国家发改委、省级发改委、（略）站、（略）站查询，以加盖公章的截图形式提供）的供货业绩（同一项目提供多个合同视为一个业绩），且至少1个业绩具有不少于2台14寸及以上且磅级≥CL1500低温或超低温球阀。
FromJanuary1,2013tothebiddingdeadline(basedonthedateofcontractsigning),thebidder'sproductsshouldhaveLNGreceivingstationsorpeakshavingstationprojectswithreceivingstationcharacteristicswithinChina(（略）-
2015LiquefiedNaturalGasReceivingStationEngineeringDesignSpecification).Thebiddermustprovideproofmaterialsofthestationelementsforreceiving,storing,gasifying,andexportingliquefiednaturalgastransportedbyshipsinaccordancewiththeGB51156-（略）,ProvincialDevelopmentandReformCommission,governmentwebsites,andprojectownerwebsites,andprovidedintheformofscreenshotswithofficialseals.Providingmultiplecontractsforthesameprojectisconsideredasoneperformance,andatleastoneperformancehasnolessthantwo14inchandabovelow-temperatureorultra-lowtemperatureballvalveswithapoundratingof≥CL1500.
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同【或】销售订单【框架协议下的订单（需提供主框架协议）】或国产化研制的合作技术开发合同（若提供国产化研制技术开发合同的，需同时提供买方出具的用户使用证明材料）复印件关键页和2）到货验收材料。
投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、制造商名称：（略）

①防火证书：投标产品制造商应具有国际或国内认证机构颁发的覆盖投标产品范围【阀门类型（球阀）、口径及磅级】的API607或API6FA或ISO10497或同等标准的防火证书，并附相应的测试报告。
Firesafecertification：ThemanufacturerofthebiddingproductshouldhaveanAPI607orAPI6FAorISO10497orequivalentfirepreventioncertificateissuedbyaninternationalordomesticcertificationagencycoveringthescopeofthebiddingproduct[valvetype(ballvalve),caliber,andpoundclass],andattachthecorrespondingtestreport.
②低泄漏认证证书：阀门必须具备可靠的外密封性能，应至少达到ISO15848-1的要求。投标产品制造商应具有能够覆盖本次招标范围【阀门类型（球阀）、温度、阀杆直径及磅级】的ISO15848PART1证书，并附相应的测试报告。
