6)投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标。

7)投标人具有有效的中华人民共和国（略）场监督管理总局颁发的特种设备制造许可证（压力管道元件制造许可证，境外制造商的制造许可证应满足标的物进口许可及使用登记许可）。
证明材料：投标人须提供证书复印件加盖投标人公章；如投标人只能提供压力管道元件制造许可证，必须提供能覆盖标的物型式试验报告。
8)业绩要求：投标人具备10万吨/年及以上规模LDPE或EVA装置超高压或高压仪表阀的供货业绩。
