2.4建设规模：工程开发任务为农业灌溉、城乡供水等综合利用。多年平均供水总量为2544.8万立方米，设计灌面5.19万亩，保（略）12.37万人用水。工程由水库枢纽工程和灌溉工程两部分组成，坝型为碾压混凝土重力坝，最大坝高76米，正常蓄水位为598米，总库容2830万立方米。

2.6招标范围：本项目施工图范围内的枢纽工程（含水土保持工程、环境保护工程、临时工程）以及相应的施工图审查等，直至竣工验收合格及整体移交、工程保修期内的缺陷修复和保修工作的监理服务，具体工作内容详见本次招标时有关要求。（招标范围应符合国家法律法规和有关规程规范的要求）。。
