1.招标条件

2.3计划工期：计划勘察周期：40日历天（每月均按30天计算）
计划设计周期：50日历天为建筑设计，70日历天为展陈设计（每月均按30天计算）。
2.4招标范围：本项目所涉及的所有岩土工程勘察，地形图测量；工程范围内的建筑设计，以及室内展陈设计按博物馆Ⅲ级设计，以上所有包括了初步设计（含概算）、施工图设计及后续服务等。
2.5标段划分：本项目勘察、设计1个标段。
3.投标人资格要求
3.1本招标项目经相应行业主管部门审核，属于?面向注册登记在甘孜州具有独立法人资格的企业招标的项目；□面向全国公开招标（其原因是□技术复杂的桥梁、隧道或有特殊施工要求；□注册在甘孜州内的潜在投标人不足3家）的项目。本次招标要求投标人具备建设行政主管部门颁发的（勘察：工程勘察（岩土工程、工程测量）专业乙级及以上资质；设计：建设行政主管部门颁发建筑行业（建筑工程）丙级及以上设计资质和建设行政主管部门颁发的风景园林工程设计专项乙级及以上资质），并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的勘察设计能力。（面向注册登记在甘孜州具有独立法人资格的企业招标的项目适用）
